MR. WHITE: Good morning. My name is Brian White and I am the Treasurer of the All Party Internet Group. On my left is Richard Allen, MP for Sheffield Hallam.

LORD NORTHESK: I am Lord Northesk, a member of the House of Lords.

MR. WHITE: This is the second day of our oral evidence session. We have received quite a bit of evidence during the past few weeks, and last week we, primarily, looked at the industry side. We had quite a number of interesting and very constructive suggestions as to the way forward. Whereas I thought it might start with "Let's bash the Government", it was actually far more constructive than that. I hope that today's session will be the same.

EURIM evidence.
UK Law Enforcement evidence.
Home Office evidence.
Peter Fairbrother evidence.

MR. WHITE: At the conclusion of this inquiry, I would like to thank the gentleman who has been doing all the transcribing. Thank you very much for all of your efforts.
